Roles and what each can do
Every person in a workspace has a role. It decides which screens they see and what they can change.
An owner chooses a person's role when inviting them. Every workspace starts with these roles.
| Role | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, across every department, including the sales pipeline. Picks up every new permission automatically. |
| Admin | Everything, across every department, short of the workspace legal and payment particulars. |
| Sales | The pipeline, sale prices, and past stays. Not rentals operations. |
| Rental ops | Bookings, stays and the guests behind them. No inventory, no pipeline. |
| Site | Records what arrived and what got done, and reads back its own entries in full. Never sees what a villa has cost. |
| Accounts | The money behind the building: bills, payments, receipts, budgets and what each unit has cost. No pipeline, no inventory. |
| Project manager | Runs a build end to end: the schedule, what it is costing, and the paperwork behind both. |
| Partner | An external agency: bookings and stays only. Cannot see leads, prices, or the team. |
