Add a sales lead

Record someone's interest in buying, from a walk-in, a call or a referral.
Start it
Go to Leads, then Sales, and press New sales lead. On a phone, press New, then Lead.
Say who and where
Choose the Contact, or add a new one with their name and WhatsApp number. Choose the Project.
Fill in what you know
The Stage, the Source (walk-in, phone, referral and so on), an Estimated value, the Owner who takes it from here, and what they are looking for: budget, timeline, financing, and the area they want.
Create it
Press Create lead, then View lead to open it.
A contact can be a lead once in each project. Rentals interest is logged as a booking enquiry instead.
