Log a booking enquiry

Record someone asking about a stay, before anything is booked.
Go to Leads, then Rentals, and press New booking enquiry.
Choose the contact and the Project, and pick the Stay dates. Add what you know: the party, the villa type, their budget per night, the occasion, and any special requests.
Press Log booking enquiry.
Move it through New, Quoted, Held and Lost as it goes. When it is booked, it becomes Converted by itself. See Book an enquiry.
