Start a conversation

Message a contact first, or someone new.
The first message to someone has to be an approved template, because they have not written to you yet.
Choose who
Press New chat in the inbox, or on a phone press New, then Conversation. Search by name, or type a WhatsApp number and choose Message to add someone new.
Choose a template
Pick an approved template and fill in every variable. Check the Preview.
Send
Press Send template. The conversation opens with you replying, so the assistant stays out.
If you already have a conversation with that person, it is reopened rather than started again. You can also press Message on WhatsApp on a contact's page.
