What each booking status means
Hold, Pending, Confirmed and the rest.
| Status | Means |
|---|---|
| Hold | The nights are kept for the guest until the hold runs out. |
| Pending | Taken, not yet confirmed. |
| Awaiting reply | Waiting for the guest to answer. |
| Confirmed | The stay is on. |
| Change requested | The guest asked for something different. |
| Checked in | The guest has arrived. |
| Checked out | The stay is over. |
| No response | The guest stopped replying. |
| Cancelled | Called off. |
| Expired | A hold that ran out without being confirmed. |
A hold that is paid in full through a payment request is confirmed automatically, unless your workspace has turned that off.
