Take a booking
Book a villa for a guest, from a call, a walk-in or WhatsApp.
Start it
Go to Bookings and press New booking. On a phone, press New, then Booking. You can also start one from a contact's page or a rentals conversation.
Choose the guest and villa
Choose the Guest, or add a new one with their name and WhatsApp number. Choose the Villa; only bookable villas are listed.
Choose the nights
Pick the check-in day, then the check-out day. Nights already booked are marked on the calendar.
Fill in the stay
Party (adults, kids and pets), Source, arrival times, meals, and the Nightly rate, which starts at the villa's own rate. The total is worked out as you go.
Save or hold
Press Add booking to create it as Pending. Or choose how long to hold it for, and press Hold nights to keep the nights for the guest until the hold runs out.
If another booking takes the villa while you are filling this in, you are told, with a link to that booking. A party bigger than the villa sleeps is a warning, not a refusal.
