Set up materials, expense heads and cost centres

The names offered on every delivery, bill and payment.
Go to Settings, then Construction lists.
- Materials: each with its unit, usual rate and usual vendor, filled in when someone picks it on a delivery.
- Expense heads: what money is spent on, with its usual payee.
- Cost centres: shared costs on a project that are not a plot, such as common areas. A cost centre's project cannot be changed later.
Retiring a name keeps it off the pickers; nothing is deleted.
Limit how far back site staff see
An owner can set How far back site sees, in days. Site staff then see only recent deliveries. Leave it empty for no limit.
