Set a build budget

Give a unit a contract value and a budget, so the app can warn you before it runs over.
Open the unit
Open the plot or villa and find the Build card. Press Edit budget.
Enter the figures
- Contract value and, for a villa, Villa contract value.
- Budget, and an Alert threshold as a percentage. Leave it blank for no alert.
Bring forward earlier figures (optional)
If the build started before you used Ownstay, fill in Brought forward: the As at date, what was Spent before this date and Received before this date. The date is required whenever you enter these.
