See what a project has cost

What went out, what came in, and which unit is over budget.
Go to Project dashboard and pick the project at the top right.
- What it has cost: spend on units, on common costs, and the whole project.
- What has come in: contract value, received, and outstanding.
- A strip with the documents waiting to be verified and what is payable. Both counts are for the whole workspace, not this project alone.
- Villas and Plots: spent, against budget, received and outstanding for each. Group plots by stage, buyer or budget health.
- Common costs: spend on cost centres, which is never spread onto a unit.
Budget health reads No budget set, Within budget, Near budget or Over budget. To set a budget, see Set a build budget.
