Create a milestone template

The stages a build is sold and billed in.
Go to Settings, then Milestone templates. Type a name and press New template, then Add stage for each stage: its name, whether it bills against the plot or the villa, its share in percent, and when it starts and how long it takes.
Editing a template reaches plots given it afterwards. Plots already given it keep their own copy.
