Change someone's access
ForOwnerAdmin
Give a teammate a different role or department.
Changes take effect at once.
Open them
Go to Settings, then Team, and press Edit on their row.
Change their roles or departments
Tick or untick roles and departments. Taking away a department also takes them off that department's handoff roster.
Save
Press Save access.
Things you cannot do
- Change your own access. Ask another owner or admin. On your own row you can still change your WhatsApp number and handoff duty.
- Take away the last owner. Give someone else the Owner role first.
