Save a quick reply

Keep answers you send often, and insert them by typing a slash.
The fastest way is to write an answer in a chat and save it from there. To write one from scratch:
Start it
Go to Settings, then WhatsApp, then Quick replies, and press New quick reply.
Fill it in
- Name: what you type after
/to find it. - Department: Any department, or one department so it is only offered on that department's chats.
- Message. Insert
{{name}},{{phone}},{{city}}or{{operator.first_name}}to fill in the contact's details and yours.
Press Save.
